Sutton Software now offers a new fast track approach to enterprise system implementation.

“We call it “Turnkey” says Sutton Software President, Bob Sutton. Our customer does not need to learn every detail and option in the system, and our consultants become your system implementers.

Once under contract:

• We interview the customer’s key managers to determine how to configure the system.
• A detailed implementation plan is presented to executive management for approval.
• Data Conversion is accelerated through the use of our Data Conversion Program Library.
• The customer completes data conversion, or we can arrange for these services also.
• (The customer handles data entry in place of data conversion – as appropriate.)
• Then we train the customer’s staff how to use their new system, classroom style, at the customer’s site.
• SYSPRO^® normally requires very little administration on a daily basis, other than back-up.

Our experts can do the setup work quicker, better, and therefore cheaper. The system installation and live operation can be accelerated, and the whole approach is lower in cost for our customers, because much less of our customers valuable employee time is taken to learn the SYSPRO^® system in great detail.
